On Wednesday October 9th.2024 at 9 am I was transported from my private doctors office to Piedmont Henry Emergency....This was from around 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. DR. Arthur Ishakov and all staff gave me exemplary care. Was diagnosed with a kidney stone. I was in excruciating pain. Everyone cared for me in a kind, professional, compassionate manner....thank you, Larry Trask.....
Customer service and wait times are horrible.
The worse experience I have ever had at an ER. Waited over 7 hrs and still wasn't seen by Dr Brittney but she complained the entire time about being the only doctor on duty. There were no urgency in caring for patients or getting them out. Instead of sitting at the nurses station complaining and holding conversations that doesn't have anything to do with patients, do your job Dr Brittney. Remember you chose this profession. It's pretty said you receive better care at the urgent care. I will be reporting this... read more
