I had a great first visit at the Mooresville location. Juan was a pleasure at check-in. Nathan, the CT tech was amazing. Introduced himself and discussed every step along the way.
Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Had already pre-registered online. I was asked to take a seat by Juan, who was very friendly and professional. Even though I had to wait for 30 minutes until I was seen, I still give this facility a five-star review. I was seen by a woman and man team outside in the MRI trailer. I was very nervous having an MRI and MRO. The woman asked me questions that I had previously been asked when I pre-registered online just to make sure the questions were answered correctly.
