Actual on-site office staff and caregivers get 5 stars. The office and new "central call center" get zero stars, so I'm averaging it as two. Central call center is awful, impersonal and inefficient. Why do I have to call Kentucky or Tennessee to get to my office in Denver, NC? The office itself is old, outdated, with broken countertops and absolutely no aesthetics.
