You have a 10 minute window if you're late. I was within that window but when I walked in, the receptionists were behind closed sliding windows and there was someone ahead of me. By the time they acknowledged the person ahead of me, it made me late to the window even though the receptionists saw me standing there. She cancelled my appt. that I had waited several weeks for and put me down for another appt. almost a month and a half out. I just got an MRI I wish I remembered the techs name but it was my first time and I was scared and she stayed with me holding my bottom of my leg the whole time I was there . I think that helped me get through it and it was not as bad as I imagined it. Thank you
Great Staff!!. The care and concern is spot on. I do have an issue however, not with the staff but a fellow patient that was observed yesterday, 9/28/2021. I usually keep my reviews focused on exactly what I experienced, but I cannot standby and not rectify something that I feel is an abuse of the rating system by another poster. The review from the lady about not being seen because she owed a small amount of money is blatantly false.
