Henry Piedmont is a terrible hospital. Avoid it. We will be seeking legal action for negligence at this hospital. We have been sitting him for hours on end which classify as malpractice. Do not go to Henry Piedmont, EVER.

I was sent to the ER at Henry Piedmont by my cardiologist for possible CHF. Before I could even be taken back to the room, I was being called wantin g to know how I wanted to pay my deductible in a waiting room FULL of people. That is such an easy way for identity theft to give out your card info over the phone in such a crowded place. Come on Piedmont, you can do better than this! Nancy DewBerry

Fortunately, your employee who was attempting to help me with getting an appointment for routine services was more helpful. Her assistance mitigated giving you a 1. She deserves a 5+. I don't know who made the decision to change how doctors orders are submitted and reviewed to set up appointments but you need to seriously revise this process.
