They are a great office to deal with. They are caring and thoughtful and very friendly office. Dr Jones is wonderful. He is so compassionate and really makes you feel like you are special. Both my husband and I have been coming here for several years now and plan to continue to come here. The whole office staff is wonderful and caring. They really try their hardest to get you in on time or even early if they can.
Dr. Jones was such a nice switch after my visit with a different doctor at the same practice. Dr. Jones was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and generally a pleasant experience. Gina and Stephine made the process so smooth.
What a difference one doctor can make! After the miserable experience we had last week, we saw Dr. Jones this week. Night and Day, Heaven and Hell...the visits were that polar opposite. Dr. Jones was so much more pleasant than our previously seen doctor. While both doctors know their field and are very direct with their answers, Dr. Jones listened to our concerns and what we had dealt with for the last year with the foot. I highly recommend this practice. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. They have a wonderful bedside manner and take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable and heard. I truly appreciate the level of care and respect they provide. We called today for an appointment because I was waiting weeks for an appointment at another different Doctor. They had a same-day appointment available. Stephine on the phone was very helpful getting me in quickly. Dr Jones diagnosed my ingrown toenail and after I agreed, he performed the procedure to fix it promptly. I'll go back in a couple weeks to make sure it's healing.
