Dr. Menon immediately took to the confusion about my diagnosis and tenaciously helped me, when no one else would. Her np is also attentive and her presence has been terrific as well. Everyone from the front desk to nurses to phlebotomist are warm and professional, and I truly feel that they have my interests at heart. And one more thought - Dr.Menon’s assistant belongs in this wonderful review - she is fantastic!! This doctor’s office is amazing! The staff was excellent—very polite and patient-friendly—and easily catered to my arrival time, walking me through the entire process. My needs was so well taken care of. Gabby was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and truly cared about my needs, offering great solutions. Plus, the wait time was virtually two minutes. What an amazing facility! What an amazing first visit!
