Bought used treadmill about 2 years ago. I wanted a used commercial one rather than a new homeowner edition which are not built to last. As with any treadmill, there can be problems. We had more problems than usual with the one we bought and Bob ended up just swapping it out for a newer model at no extra charge! Bob and his team were awesome!!! I purchased a Stairmaster SM916, reasonably priced and they delivered it to me for free!!! The delivery and set up was great and Bob was very responsive with questions I had and had great communication with me throughout the process. It took less than 4 days after I ordered for them to delivery the equipment, which is pretty amazing. I will definitely be using them again for any of my other gym needs, without a doubt!

We recently purchased a refurbished NuStep TRS4000. We were so pleased with our contact, Bob, who demonstrated the NuStep and answered all of our questions. Our major concerns were finding a good affordable machine but also how to get the machine to our home. Just bought a used NuStep trs 4000 in excellent condition. The transaction was fast, easy and the delivery was the next day. The owner, Bob, went out of his way to make this buying experience one of the best we've ever had.
