We have been to the location several times over the past few years. Each time the providers take the time to explain and educate on whatever the issue may be. There is no excessive testing and we have never been there longer than 45 minutes start to finish. Tonya (NP) has been amazing each time. Would recommend when needing an urgent care.
Took my toddler in for a weekend visit to treat an ear infection. Check in was smooth, kid friendly staff, lots of patience and we were in and out very quickly. Clean facility and spacious waiting room as well. I’ll return if I ever need urgent care needs
Recently had my third visit to this location and I must say this urgent care is top notch! Definitely recommend to all. Very attentive and personable staff. My elderly mother was the patient and they treated her so wonderfully, even offering and bringing her a bottled water. We were taken straight back for X-rays, answered all of our questions and helped us out to the car, all in 30 minutes. We were moved around to several exam rooms and everything was so perfectly clean and organized. Thankful for a great experience.
Rude and obnoxious. I got there at 7:45 on a Monday night, with my child who was sick. The woman at the window says unfortunately we’re not seeing anyone else. The hours are till 8:00. Then she had the gall to LAUGH at me! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
