The communication here is the worst. No-one will call me back about meetings. The reimbursement office seemingly forgot about me. The phone lines crackle so much I can't understand the staff. They're hard to understand anyway.

To whom it may concern, My loved one was taken here from Chesapeake general hospital and has been here for 4 months now. We brought clothes and other necessities 2 months ago. They still haven't received them and we get lies about why. Has fallen twice somehow and now is in a wheel chair with a back injury that staff won't even push around resulting in just sitting there with not even a pillow for backside comfort.
