They did so good with my Mother who has Dementia. Her care team was wonderful and they always answered any questions I had. She had the sweetest counselor. I could never thank them enough for there help.
Alisha “employee answering phones” is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. She clearly does not belong here. Horrible communication skills and makes me question the entire facility.
The communication here is the worst. No-one will call me back about meetings. The reimbursement office seemingly forgot about me. The phone lines crackle so much I can't understand the staff. They're hard to understand anyway. I feel bad for any family members. This antiquated place won't take electronic payments.
