If I could give less than zero, I would. This was absolutely the worst experience of my life. The home I rented had so many issues and the lack of caring was absurd. I was personally made to feel like a “ less than” person for trying to remedy the issues which made the house unlivable. I’m not going to go into every single detail because it causes anxiety beyond belief. Please use any other property management and I can’t emphasize this enough. WARNING!!!!!!!
This place is unprofessional and the people who work there think they are sheriffs. In the middle of us moving out the property manager entered our property without permission. My lease didn’t ends until 11:59pm they entered my house 12 hours prior to my lease ending. We moved 30 mins away so between trips they came and put a for sale sign up and walked through my house to close a window we purposely left open cause we sprayed chemicals to start cleaning when we came back.
