Ladies at the front desk were rude, only because i wanted to be present with my wife to hear my baby's first heart beat. We were told over the phone that the father could come if he wore a mask. We were then embarrassed in front of the waiting room when they tried to say i couldn't go back. My wife pleaded and the tech or whatever she was loudly says, "he isn't supposed to but i'll allow it". Then as i walk by the front desk ladies scoffed toward us. I love their entire staff. I feel comfortable and have had two amazing pregnancies with their help.

On my first visit, I waited for over 2 and a half hours just to get a 5 minute conversation with the doctor who suggested I do a follow-up visit for my main reason for coming. Although frustrated, I made the follow-up visit which was even worst! I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes late & was told I would have to reschedule. I asked them about a grace period & was told they had a 15 minutes one, so once I protested my 10 minutes one I was then told I could be seen but it would be a 2 hour wait & I would have to make anothe... read more
