Finished my sleep study last night. The two individuals I engaged with were pleasant and professional. I have been wearing a cpap for over 20 years and this was my third sleep study. It’s never fun but the person helping me (Pat) was very understanding and easy to work with. It was as good an experience as a sleep study can be. Absolutely horrible. Dealt with a very unprofessional character name Juanita with a bad attitude and disposition. Would not recommend this facility
Customer service is okay. Rating this 1 star because of the pricing. They bill under the hospital facility which takes your out of pocket expenses up. Owed almost $700 to do a sleep study test at home vs going to a regular sleep center like ENT to pay $150 to do the test at home. They did offer me financial assistance at the end but I still decided not to move forward.
I had no problems and thought the over-night sleep study went well. I had an at-home sleep study which pinpointed severe apnea, so the hospital stay was to figure out CPAP pressure. The actual sleep studies was fine, but bring a better pillow and ask for more blankets. The problem I have is after when the Apria Health Care want to set a appointment to have a credit card on file to deliver the equipment to my home. The insurance already told me they will pay 100%. Sounds fishy to me. I told them no and they cancelled my equipment. Get a study done else where.
