This is the best lab I have ever used any where! All of the staff is so nice and caring and very professional. I have to get labs drawn a lot because I am on the transplant list for a liver and kidney, they see me every month sometimes multiple times a month and all the staff at Piedmont Fayette are the best staff you could ask for. I saw where one person complained about wait time for blood draw, look this is a hospital and they see a lot of patients and people like me that come there for doctors bloodwork so what do you ex... read more
Outpatient registration was fast and the experience was positive. Very friendly staff. Since the hospital has changed so much over the years, it took some studying of the navigation directions to locate the building. I use a cane when I walk and found the walkways were lacking along with safe walking from parking lot to the actual sidewalk. Not a lot of thought was given to patients but A LOT of thought was put into landscape design.
