Poor follow up and communication. I had an initial appointment here last March, wherein they recommended my followup care be peformed next door. My experience there was so poor I didnt wind up having a followup visit. As that was a separate office, I decided to give this place another try. I've been trying to get an appointment for 2 months now-no one bothered to return my initial call, when I called again they stated they would need a new referral. I had cataract surgery in September of 2023. I was really nervous about having it done because i only have vision in one eye. Dr Bevis and his staff did an excellent job of making sure I understood the whole process. And Dr Bevis was so helpful in making sure I made the right lens choice. My vision is even better than what I was hoping for. I highly recommend him! A big THANK YOU to him and his amazing staff!!
