We had the best experience thanks to Sza Sza and Aisha! Our son was born and it was the easiest, smoothest delivery we could have asked for. We can't say enough good things about them, they truly deserve all the flowers. The hospital was professional, clean, and so full of warmth. The food was amazing, the staff was diligent and on point from start to finish. Thank you all so much!
I strongly do NOT recommend being seen by Terilyn Daniels, the midwife at this facility. My experience with her was beyond frustrating. She was consistently passive aggressive, dismissive, and completely brushed off serious concerns I brought to her. Instead of feeling supported or cared for, I felt ignored and undervalued as a patient. What was most concerning is that she seemed far more focused on what my insurance would cover than on what was actually in my best medical interest. Had a wonderful experience with the nurses who helped me in labor to deliver our first. Ariel during labor and Meghan during recovery stand out to me to have made the entire experience.
Had my son here. Loved all the staff and the facilities. Parking is free compared to Northside.
