I saw Emma, the P.A. today. I really like her. She was concerned about the trouble I was having.
Josh the PA is awesome. He takes time to listen and pay attention to what is going on with your, in my case ear. He looks you in the face and talks to you about what is going on and what steps we are going to take next. The only reason I gave them four stars is because I really was not a fan of the check in process. You stand in line and give them your name and stuff but you still have to fill out paperwork on a tablet before they call your name. I don't know if you have to do that every time or just the first time.
