I would give this company a ZERO rating, but you have to at least issue one. We were charged $95.45 for the tech to literally screw in 2 (two) screws in our garage door. Not to mention, we spent several hundred dollars back in November replacing the torque springs. The 2 screws cost 45 cents! Totally unprofessional. The tech called to check to see IF IT WARRANTED to be charged! #MoneyHungry #Ridiculous I will NOT be a repeat customer.
