DANGEROUS!!! They are pushing an indemnity clause on all patients at the time of service. Don't do it!!!
Waited two months to go to this doctor. Spent more time filling out paper work then seeing the doctor. Tried to give me mighty patches and I told him I had used boxes of them. Then said my insurance wouldn't pay for Tritinoin and called in adaplene. Both my mom and grandma have had to be scraped and founf Basel cell cancer. I had came for answers and got none. Had this on my face for 6 months.
Dr Gross was rushing my appointment and was not very thorough. I told him my mother was recently diagnosed with skin cancer so you’d think he’d be more thorough or concerned.
My 85 year old mother was seen by Dr. Gross June 4th. He was very nice and took great care of her. He and his staff were very nice and professional. I will be bringing her back as I feel she is in good hands.
