Dr. Gross is so rude and disrespectful—I am baffled at how he even got his license. This is the second time he has made my son feel dehumanized and terrible about his skin; I done with this place. Dr. Gross belittled my son’s skin and blamed his condition on him. Dr. Gross is completely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN. I do NOT recommend this place at all, please do NOT go here, he will NOT help you and will force you to use steroid creams that will cause you to have withdrawals.
I seen where the lady was ranting about signing the paper to not sue them. I looked up what that paper actually means and it means that you won't sue for something that didn't really happen for short. That's what it means by frivolous. I haven't been here yet but i do go on the 14th of this month I do hope my visit goes ok.
This place was an absolute joke. Wanted pages of paperwork that was 100% irrelevant to my visit. Waste of time and money. My nail and finger continue to split and bleed causing scar tissue on scar tissue. Dude comes in starts putting petroleum jelly slopped all over every single one of my fingers. I'm like hey I'm not here to see you regarding any of my fingers just my thumb. I do not want a fuel based product on my skin. Im a person that tries to only use organic products on my skin. DANGEROUS!!! They are pushing an indemnity clause on all patients at the time of service. Don't do it!!!
Waited two months to go to this doctor. Spent more time filling out paper work then seeing the doctor. Tried to give me mighty patches and I told him I had used boxes of them. Then said my insurance wouldn't pay for Tritinoin and called in adaplene. Both my mom and grandma have had to be scraped and founf Basel cell cancer. I had came for answers and got none. Had this on my face for 6 months.
