I've give you a negative-100 stars if I could. They aren't considering of road work or traffic. I wasted my gas an my husband taking time off to watch our children I should've just listened to my gut an the review. Please do not waste your valuable time on this rathole front desk is rude an inconsiderate. Or the fact that there no signs to find there exact office so I walked around for almost 10 minutes asking other offices when I i finally found them. Practice is renovating, but change made things a little more comfortable. Receptionist was available and helpful. The nurse practitioner I saw spent a fair amount of time with me as my medical condition is somewhat complicated. I felt she was very personable and thorough. Definitely a good experience.
Mel and doctor badruddin were great. Mel was very friendly from the moment he called me to the back. dr badruddin was great as well.and addressed any questions or concerns I had .
I want to start off by saying that I understand policy, and understand the business' perspective of trying to honor other patients' time. I'm giving 2 stars because I did have a good experience making the appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago. Today, I had an appointment for 2:30. I planned to arrive at 2:15 to fill out the paperwork as is requested by their system, and I even completed the e-Check-in they request via MyChart prior. I have only had 2 appointments here & I'm finding a new doctor immediately! The communication is horrible the interns are horrible! I've never been to a doctors office where you see an intern, then see the doctor after all in one visit! The intern was the same both visits but not the same doctor.. . What I was told in my appointment was not the care received. Never received a return call after speaking with practice manager & a nurse I had to call multiple times to find out my prescription wasn't sent & they are no longer go... read more
