Wife and I were 5 mins late was told we could not be seen. The email displayed 15 mins late we would not be seen. We are trying to find a family doctor to start being seen at. Reasons I don't see a doctor they don't mind making you sit an hour to two in their lobby past your app time but 5 mins late you will not be seen.
