Staff is rude the doctor especially doesn’t listen and likes to talk over you and argue doctor brown refused to let me speak with a case manager before I had to demand my right to talk to a case manager refused to document my symptoms and request. If you can take the drive to piedmont north go ahead and take it you will have a much more better chance

My review is based on my personal visits to a family member who was recently hospitalized there. When you choose to admit your family member to a particular healthcare institution, you want to feel confident he or she will get the ultimate customer service experience. Their care should be top priority. After a couple of observations, I feel my loved one didn't receive that. Respecting their privacy, I won't disclose what happened to them, but I will say Piedmont could improve in being more conscientious of a patient's rights... read more

I had a family member in at Piedmont Columbus Regional having major surgery the person in the picture she's a screener at the front desk main entrance. I simply asked her a question and she snapped i asked her name because she wasn't wearing an ID badge she refused slammed down on the desk and started to scream and shout. !!!! WARNING!!! It's people like this the reason Piedmont Columbus Regional is a 2star hospital. She the face of Piedmont Columbus Regional yet she's rude, disrespectful, heartless and unprofessional. She's not helpful in anyway she yells, scream, and troughs temper tantrums at the front desk in front of everyone she's definitely not the type of person you want around your recovering and sick love ones.
