Except for the pediatric side of the ER this place is a joke. I came in with chest pain and have been sitting out in the waiting room for over 6hrs. Scared, nobody telling me anything that is going on. I have told them my chest pain is getting worse and have been ignored all the while the blonde behind the desk just eats her popcorn with mouth wide open. PIEDMONT DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR ER BEFORE SOMEONE DIES! To let someone just sit here for so long scared is ridiculous

In the postpartum of labor and delivery there is a nurse who is absolutely awful. She tried to discharge me early after having a c section and only because I was not walking when she thought I should. She also refused to help me pick up my twins while I was healing from my c section and told me to "do it yourself" when I called her on the call button. Went in at 6pm didn't leave until after 7am in the morning had to call out of work makes no sense no explanation given instead of opening another campus they should have expanded the one we already had to cut down on 13hr E.R visits some people were there longer than me hey but at least we got plenty of round aboits and road construction
Nicu nurses are extremely loud especially at night and it startled the babies! Babies can barely rest. I've also witnessed too many nicu nurses coming in coughing and sneezing around these precious babies then next thing you know the babies start getting sick 😫
