My husband is here with a laoand very painful abscess. We have been told twice that they would call him soon. We have been waiting for 6 hours. Several people have been called ahead of him that came in well after we did, even after we were told he was next in the q.

I came with my son to see his baby in the NICU . She was a transfer. The lady who called herself “ Marguerite” checked us in. Gave us the wrong information. Definitely a language barrier. We arrived to the OB floor only to be scolded by the nurse for coming to the floor to see the babies mom in the ob/ er triage. Told we needed to return our stickers so the check in lady didn’t get fired. Very rude. Took my 7 year old daughter for a behavior crisis to the ER and the PA Charlotte Smith decided to not even look at my daughter, not even check her or do anything to attend to my daughter. As soon as she saw on my daughters chart that she was autistic she made it comments about how “my daughter behavior was only going to get worse” “do you have her in therapies” and then she said all she can recommend is putting my daughter is in a impatient facility in Savannah Georgia. I had to come to the ER with my disabled sister and 2 year old daughter for a medical emergency. Everything was fine until my daughter had an accident in the waiting room (which I was actively cleaning up) and started crying. It was then that my sister was approached and told they were basically about to kick my 2 year old out because “she wasn’t allowed in there.” Absolutely ridiculous especially since I don’t have childcare.

I have a question. If you bring someone to the ER by ambulance and they have cuts and scrapes all over their arms legs and face from a freak bike accident, do you always just let them sit there and bleed for 4 hours before I finally went to the nurse in the ER and asked if I could get some ointment for the cuts so infection doesn’t set in? She then placed the order and was there in 10 minutes. Why? I really don’t think the girl cared at all and also was just sitting there eating pizza and looking at a computer screen.
