So things have changed since my last accident and Covid. They were able to tell me how to do things, rather than wait on my insurance. Thank God for that, because the person that hit me never reported it to their insurance company! So I was able to get my vehicle fixed sooner, rather than later. They kept me updated on my vehicle and had it done quickly! My vehicle even came back cleaner, than when I purchased it. Thank you Piedmont!
Piedmont Collision did a Great job on repairing my car.I was very pleased and thankful for the job that they did and they were very courteous and professional about everything. It’s a very good and Professional Body Shop.
Not only were these guys extremely quick to turn around the repair to my vehicle they were all super nice the entire time in every interaction. They were also quick to keep me informed about what was going on. Of course insurance paid for the repairs in this case, I will come back here when I need repairs with or without it.
I had a FANTASTIC experience this morning at Piedmont Collision! My driver-side door was hit this weekend, leaving me with a pinched window that would not go up all the way! i was greeted right away and in less than 30 minutes Dylan was able to troubleshoot and not only get the window closed but back in functionable working condition! I was so happy I hugged him! :) I would highly recommend Piedmont due to the instant care & service they provided.
