I was in an accident, I was afraid my vehicle would never be the same. A family member recommended Piedmont Collision to me. When I saw my vehicle for the first time, I could not believe it looked exactly the way it did when I purchased it. Everyone at Piedmont Collision was polite and professional. They answered all my questions. I just can't praise their work enough.
This is the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. Dylan was kind enough to use a solution to wipe away the scratches and mixed some touchup paint to fill in the minor scratches for FREE! He also gave me the paint mixture to take with me just in case. If I ever have to spend money somewhere, it’ll be here. Absolutely. No hesitation. So sweet they made my day!
I am very satisfied with my experience with Piedmont Collision Center. They were easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. They handled everything with my insurance (State Farm). The entire passenger side of my car needed repair. But it took only a little over a week for the repairs to be done, even though parts were harder to come by since my car is older.
