The triage, reception, techs, and nurses were all great, fantastic, exemplary. My doctor (or nurse practitioner or whomever) was the absolute worst. She ignored everything I said, asked almost nothing, had the worst bedside manner, was actively hostile and rude when I was trying to give information. Then she called in medication with ingredients I'm allergic to, which was all over my chart and they asked several times while I was there. I went for ear pain/ear cleaning did nothing but give me a prescription for antibiotic that's not going to do anything I don't recommend this place at all.
Nurse Chanda and Dr. Mjimoluh were AMAZING! Nurse Chanda is sharp and proactive. I bet she could have put my IV in with her eyes closed - that’s how good at it she was. Dr. Mjimoluh Was extremely knowledgeable and kind and her bedside manner unlike any that I’ve ever seen of an ER doctor. I immediately felt so lucky to have them both as my care team when I came to the ER with my blood sugars at 455.
My husband and I just love the ER. Everyone was very kind and personable. I was not feeling well but I felt like I was in capable hands Love all of them.
Waiting room is always packed, but absolutely best ER I've ever been to. Went in with a kidney stone and they had me in a beef with drugs in 15 minutes. Lecia is the absolute best nurse.
