Extremely happy with OB Brantly. Could not ask for a better provider. Staff for labor and delivery and nursery were amazing. The Pediatric doctor Sharp was an utter disappointment and caused confusion within the department. He has our entire family return for a follow up and left no instructions
The staff is super nice and caring. The parking is free and not a far walk. They are pretty good at their job. The comfort (beds/couches) for visitors are very inviting. The last time I was in a hospital as a patient was 2012 in Orlando (ORMC). As a visitor/support person in Piedmont Augusta the energy of nurses, support staff, and doctors feel very similar to my past experience. They could use more cool paintings though
Thank you so so much to this kind team!!! I had my first baby here a couple months ago and we are already planning our next birth here! We loved our nurses, doctors and the other incredibly helpful and caring staff. We had her a month early and we were very worried but the team there made us so comfortable and calm. By the time we saw our ninth nurse, we had to ask... do they require y'all to be nice before even hiring y'all?! Had the most amazing experience delivery my 3rd baby here. My nurses, Chad and Ashley, were amazing in all aspects and made my experience the best one yet. The doctors and facility were great as well. Would recommend this staff and facility to anyone!
Lady in front desk where you check in was being difficult and wanted all those who were not allowed up to wait outside and said it multiple times even tho we told her they were getting something to eat inside and made some nasty faces when asked questions and she also told us our 3 year old could not be inside period while there was other kids in the building
