I’ve been going to Dr. Duc since 2017! He and his nurse are so attentive to my issues and take the time to listen and return my calls if needed. Dr. Duc has changed my medication for my RA several times in 2 years trying to find something that will help ease my pain for everyday life. Staff in the infusion department makes me feel at home and the receptionist’s are always helpf! 5 stars from me!!😉
I just moved here from out of state and based on recommendations and reviews tried to get an appointment. I started the process a month before moving to try to make the transition flawless. I did everything they asked with the referral and having records sent from my previous dr. I kept calling and getting a new excuse every time from you are waiting to be approved to we have not received your records yet. My records were sent and the fax was confirmed it was received. I see Dr Duc. he takes his time and seems to care.
This Clinic to me has been a "life saver"! I consider it a "Center of Excellence" in treatment and care of people who suffer with such difficulties found with all Arthritis patients. They actually care about those they treat.
