Great place! The staff is young and most of them seem to be working their first job. So the "customer satisfaction" course seems to NOT be part of the training/orientation. Otherwise, no issues so far. We all enjoy going!
We love it...best place for swimming fun...all the employees were very helpful & nice!! Would recommend...take your kids they'll love it, too!!
We have had a blast every time we have gone here , love the staff there they make sure kids that aren't supervised don't get out of hand and look out for the little ones. And the pool is very clean with a good concession stand
The only negative experience that we have had involved some rude teenage guests and a lifeguard put a stop to it immediately. We understand the liability of outdoor food/drinks but it would be nice if we could bring in unopened water bottles.
