If you want to experience the worst living in a camp facility then move here!Today they had a fire alarm testing that went on over an hour -from 9am blaring.A notice was sent out for “physical” inspection.Called thee manager she claimed we sent out a notice its our annual inspection 🧐.BS!In 2024 a property has to leave its alarm system on for hours tormenting its tenants??With ALL the technology .There has to be a better way!Digital inspection to check if all units are online.Perhaps computerized system…Not to have a human ... read more
Piedmont Apartments is a great place to live. I've been here over 16 years. The neighbors for me are like an extended family who looks out for one another. The grounds are kept up well and the staff is friendly. I'm happy to live here. 5/3/23 I put in a request to have the batteries in my smoke detector replaced and it was done within the hour. Efficient and timely. Thank you. Dec. 2023 Maintenance was on point and addressed my housing concerns swiftly.
