Last night was my first time at Piedmont, and it was wonderful from start to finish. The restaurant itself is a very pleasing space to be in with very friendly and professional service. I started with the trout dip and crostini appetizer. As my entree I had the risotto with beets, squash and crispy kale. I topped it off sharing a chocolate mouse, peanut butter ice cream and peanut brittle dessert with one of my favorite coffees, Larry's Beans El Salvador Dali. A delicious night.
My husband I have been here several times. The food is ALWAYS top notch, service is superior and we love the atmosphere.
When in Durham, visit the piedmont! Gina the bartender is fantastic! Crawford the gm entertains with a flair, and Ben, what can I say. A chef After my own heart. LOVE IT!
