Terrible weird people, what you get upon meeting them is nice, then they just ignore you or dont call you back.
Updating my 5 star to a 2 star. Every year when it came time to renew, there was some kind of issue with billing. The office staff seems extremely unorganized and gave me the same excuse/story each year. After 4 years, I finally had enough and cancelled my contract. Hopefully they can get their staff a bit more organized and on the same page. Also, when they came to remove the bait stations, some were left despite being easily accessible and visible. I am not sure why they did not take them all.
