They put ZERO EFFORT into there mystery shopping. They Send emails with no knowledge of what they are shopping for and are very vague on what they need. when you look for clarification they wont answer then you get a bad score. basically they will ask about buying a car and you as a salesperson are supposed to read there mind on what car, color, ETC and send them a quote right away. The idea of Pied Piper is good however this company has very poor execution.

Nothing like getting sent a mystery shopper that you spend almost 2 hours with, during peak season. We could have been helping other buying customers! Instead we got to help a nobody! Don’t worry, we got a great score. But every time you send someone it cost us money!

This company can't seem to hire mystery shoppers, who can remember what the sales people said, and did not say. Not to mention, Sales people get paid off of commission, and when a mystery shopper comes through their store, all they are doing is stealing time from that sales person, when they could actually be selling a car to somebody who might actually buy one.
