I’m the longest residing tenant here at Pied Piper, I have seen tenants come and go. The morale of the apartments has definitely declined big time once Mr. Charles left. When he was here, there was a sense of security, wasn’t just anyone being allowed to move in. Now the property management we have now just lets anyone move in, almost the entire apartment complex smells like weed every single day. Horrible experience with these apartments. Rent is cheap. But remember what can come with cheap. These apartments are awful.
DO NOT RENT. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE.
