I have a vintage custom car project (Ford Shoebox 1949) with a swap 302. I had an alternator that needed replacement ASAP (need to be at a car show in 3 days). However, it was not an original Ford part. My usual auto parts store could not find a replacement. So, I took a chance to this store since it was near my work place. I am perplexed by the positive reviews because I received poor customer service. They would not even let me ask for the part I was looking for over the phone. Rather, the gentleman insisted twice that I 'come by'. The part would need to be ordered...if they can get it. Why would I need to take a 45 minuted trip in order to ask if they can get the part or me, one for which I would need to return. Language was not an issue. They don't want my business...? Alex the owner is amazing .... amd Nick his right hand man ... they will get you any csr parts you ask for ... very reasonable prices
