We've been residents of Twinsburg for 18 years, and our experience with Piece it Out Tree Service was by far the most disappointing we've encountered. Communication was severely lacking—we had to follow up twice over the span of a month just to confirm our appointment. There was also a clear miscommunication about the scope of work, which escalated to the owner yelling on the phone and telling us never to use his company again. Piece it Out was great! Casey is super easy to work with. They were on time, they cleaned up, and very fair priced. Casey called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were coming. I will be using them again in the future!
Casey and his crew are the best! He has done a ton of removals and trimming on my property, and I recommend everyone to him! Professional guys!!
