I love this place. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had two children evaluated through them, and the whole process was clear, easy, and thorough. My kids were at ease with the staff. When you call you almost always get a person (during their open times). At this point in time (Feb 2026) the wait time for a child’s NeuroPsych Evaluation is anywhere from 6 months to a year. The diagnosis process was in depth but the people who worked with me were very kind and patient with how nervous I was. Insurance was difficult but Julie really went above and beyond to work with me and get everything worked out. Overall I'm incredibly glad I went with this service. They're very kind and accommodating all around.
I called this clinic to inquire about services, and as soon as I started explaining the reason for my call, the person on the other end hung up on me. I tried calling back several times afterward, and no one answered the phone. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional, especially from a place that’s supposed to help people. If this is how they treat someone just trying to get information, I can’t imagine what the actual experience as a patient would be like. Very disappointed.
