I called this clinic to inquire about services, and as soon as I started explaining the reason for my call, the person on the other end hung up on me. I tried calling back several times afterward, and no one answered the phone. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional, especially from a place that’s supposed to help people. If this is how they treat someone just trying to get information, I can’t imagine what the actual experience as a patient would be like. Very disappointed.
