Similar to other reviewers I found their payment information incredibly misleading (I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand). I specifically asked ahead of time what the cost of the services would be assuming insurance paid nothing so I could understand the max amount we would be responsible for in evaluating the cost for different providers. I went here a couple of months ago. They were really nice people. They are very easy to talk to. One of my friends recommended coming here. I would recommend going here.
Dr. Tucci and his staff are exceptional. We first visited him when my daughter was in 5th grade for a series of tests. The testing process was thorough, and the analysis was thoughtful. After searching for a skilled clinical psychologist for some time, I returned to Dr. Tucci and asked if he could see my daughter for ongoing clinical support. We've worked with Dr. Tucci over several years now, and have been deeply impressed by his kindness, expertise, and concern for our child. He is a great communicator with us as parents and with kids. He has really gone above and beyond in doing what's best for his patients and making sure they can be happy, comfortable, and set up to succeed.
Another place that doesn't want to make a simple phone call to insurance to verify coverage. It only takes five minutes to speak with insurance. Waste of my time and energy. You think they would want to help a parent looking to get their child the support they need.
