Very disappointed with the uneducated hostess staff. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 16+ years as staff and in ownership. Unfortunately we had to wait over 2 hrs for a table of 8, while walk-in parties of 2 and 4 were continually seated. Hostess should have waited for adjacent tables to clear to allow for waiting parties to be seated. Additionally when we spoke with the staff, I requested to be broken up. Good food, great atmosphere and attentive staff. Would highly recommend.
Let's just say it's not the typical Chicago pizza. Very fresh and the sausage has a kick to it. great staff. Glad I went. For a Monday night it was crowded
The white pie with Bacon and Chicken was average. The Garlic was garlic powder and salt. The amount of Chicken was a bit sparse. Also choice of a white pie with ricotta should be considered. The owner should consult with the Pepe or Consiglio family. The pie also needed to to fired for about 3 minutes longer. Additionally, Both pies were served without a spatula.
