I had a very disappointing experience at Pie Face in Westfield Parramatta. I ordered a chicken and mushroom pie and found a hair inside. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention. One staff member acknowledged it and showed it to her colleague. However, the person who appeared to be the manager (who was making coffees at the time) casually told her, “What does she want – give her another one.” I explained that it wasn’t about getting a replacement — it’s a health and safety issue. Worse pie I’ve ever had, pastry over cooked probably because it’s been reheated many times, filling half filled. Dreadful my first and last pie face experience
