If I could rate negative stars I would. What a terrible company, with terrible Product. “Laser engraved photo” of my recently passed sister faded off the locket COMPLETELY in less then six months. They refuse to refund me, stating they will do it again. But in what world would I want them to do this again? Just to go back again and again and again for this to happen each time. Worthless company, shut down your doors. Go anywhere else for engraved jewelry, they won’t even respond to your emails. Garbage

Received damaged necklace that was a gift for my wife. Attempted to remedy through customer service, and received no help. Essentially left with a broken gift. Avoid at all costs

After a misunderstanding regarding the turnaround time of the ring I ordered, the folks at PicturesOnGold went out of their way to try to correct the situation. My order was expedited and came out well, and they were very communicative during the entire process.
