I have never been so disappointed in my life!! I did a fingerprint ring paid 560.00 for it and you can’t even see the finger print. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture at all. I’m sick to my stomach over it. The ring is paper thin. It’s just garbage.

My boyfriend ordered me a locket for my birthday. It was from "Alivia and Danny" which is the same company under 2 names. The locket was completely different than the photo on the website, not even the same design. The "engraved photo and message engraving" (over $70 for those) are sheets of metal GLUED into the locket. They don't even fit in the slots and you can see the glue built up around the metal sheets. The letters "engraved" (for $20 each side) are stamped white letters. ​Why did you pick this product vs others?:​ ​Picture quality:​ The product was fine but it was a little smaller than expected. I will say, it is a nice locket. When I requested a return, I received the label through Amazon. I packaged it up and dropped it off - It came back. Took it back to the post office and they said it was an incomplete barcode.
