If I could say run and give a zero I would. Customer service is awful and standing behind what they lead customer to “believe”. I ordered two medals with two chains for them and received order but did not like the style of chain, wanted to send back just the chains for exchange (VERY NEXT DAY AFTER I RECEIVED). Horrible company! 2/10/26 STILL NO RESOLUTION and still promise a call back after giving a reasonable solution and speaking to a “supervisor” and shocker she didn’t call me back and I can’t get her on the phone. Biggest SCAM of a company I have ever dealt with!! Do not give them your business. Wish there was a ZERO star option. They are a fraud I ordered 8 items totaling around $1400 for Christmas gifts. I ordered a custom locket advertised as “.925 Solid Sterling Silver.” After receiving it, I noticed the interior frame surrounding the photos is stamped “METAL.” I also have video showing that the hinge is magnetic, which further indicates non-sterling metal components. When I raised this concern, the company initially said they would need to inspect the item if I returned it at my expense but made no guarantees of refund. Don’t shop here, horrible business and customer service! I placed an order 12/6/25, somehow it got lost in transit and they refused to immediately ship me a replacement due to insurance issues on their end, I had to call them 15 times over the course of a month and every interaction lead nowhere, at one point they said my claim was denied, so they put in a second claim and promised me a 10% refund that I never received, once I received my order on 1/11/26 it didn’t measure up to my expectations.

Do not buy from this company! They sent an item with the incorrect engraving. They answered my first call, said they would fix it before Christmas, and then nothing... They didn't replace, exchange, refund, answer an email or phone call for months, then told me it was too late "sorry." Now I can't get anyone to answer a phone or email, again.
