I wish I'd read the reviews on this company before purchasing, because this has been a complete NIGHTMARE for the past two weeks. I purchased under the site name HeartSmith (which I'd later find out is the sale as Alivia & Danny and PicturesOnGold), after a very lengthy phone and email correspondence with a representative who goes by the name of Shane (not their real name, I'm sure). If I could give this company a zero star I would. On Dec 17, 2025 I ordered a small heart locket with engraving & a chain & paid an extra $12.95 to make sure I would receive it by Christmas. I received it on Dec 20. That day, I called & told them the wrong heart locket was sent & I didn’t like the gold chain. Per their instructions, I emailed them pictures of the incorrect locket with measurements. This company deserves no stars. I ordered a locket for my wife with pictures of us and our newborn along with engraving. I got the locket and it’s bare, nothing inside or out. I call the company to get a return and I was told that there is a no return policy due to the items being made to order(custom) and personalized. We went back and forth just for the lady to say that someone from leadership will be reaching out. I ordered pendants for me and my sisters. When there was an issue, this company responded quickly and sent the replacements right away. Amazing customerservice. Will definitely purchase again and recommendto others.

I absolutely love my experience with Pictureongold! They worked on my product very quickly. The got the picture BEAUTIFULLY!!!! And when it got lost in the mail the team was so kind and so quick to send me a new one so I'd have it for my friend for Christmas!!!!!! I was so happy with the customer care and the quality of the product was just absolutely perfect!!!!!!! I will definitely order from them again when the chance comes up!!!!!
