The “solid silver” lockets I bought from this company initially looked great, and the photo etching is good. But the clasps malfunctioned on two, so I took them to a jeweler for repair. The first one said he couldn’t repair them as they were base metal, the second jeweler I went to did manage to attach external clasps that worked. Buyer beware- I just bought a stock necklace(not customized) as a gift for my daughter. I decided to give her something else and wanted to return the necklace that I didn’t even take out of the box. The company wouldn’t accept my return…. Their return policy is horrible, so unless you’re 100% sure you want one of their products, definitely shop elsewhere 👎

For $400 my gold medal for a gift to our grandson is very chintzy and not as attractive as their picture. It was compared in size to a nickel, but nickels are not paper thin! I ordered it without any inscription so that it could be returned if desired. Talked with Kim and discovered religious or athletic medals (even if not engraved) are not returnable! We have 11 more grandkids coming through, but Pictures On Gold will not be on our shopping list!

4/23/26 affirm did a full charge back. They concluded the jewelry was unsatisfactory not what was advertised. I got a full refund and finally get to move on and get a real beautiful late Valentines gift for my girlfriend. Because of this, I’m buying a Dyson vacuum for her. 4/18/26 I sent the fake jewelry back. They had the nerve to resend it back to me. I received it on Monday. Look what Google says Update - They sent an email back to me after this saying that they will give me a full refund. I am still in full dispute with A firm where charged it. They are Trying to fight it. If you spend money with this company, you will lose it. I hope to God I can update you and say they have resolved the issues.
