The window cleaning service did a decent job overall, and the windows looked clean when they were finished. However, I was disappointed that the technicians did not wear shoe covers while working inside my home. I take great pride in keeping my home extremely clean, and because of that, I expect anyone providing service inside the house to wear protective shoe covers. I am happy with the work that was done but I do have a problem. When speaking to a person from the company to inquire about a price, I mentioned the fact that they were calling for rain would they wait for a clear day. I was told, “oh that won’t matter, we use Rain X in out cleaning solution so it will just bead off. So when gentlemen came to do windows I asked about it.
