I cannot recommend this inspection service whatsoever. We just moved into our new house in the Berclair area on Friday, and within 48 hours we discovered a major problem with the kitchen sink and dishwasher. It does not drain properly and has created a major problem in the kitchen. I’m having to get an emergency plumber to come out because the situation is so bad. Brandon came by yesterday and inspected my home so I could see what repairs I still need but haven't discovered on my own yet. He pointed out an electrical problem I wasn't aware of and am SO glad to know of now (called the electrician today!), and showed me other areas where I knew there were some issues, but gave advice on how to repair without going bankrupt. Very nice, polite guy, and very punctual! I would recommend him to others.

Brandon and his team is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took care of an inspection within 24 hours- I had a detailed report the day after. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants an inspection done. 5 stars A+
The inspector (Brandon) was very professional and friendly when coming the inspection. He did a thorough job and if I get another home inspection then I would work with him and this company!
