Pretty darn good Very friendly staff, was able to get an appointment on my desired date & time less than 48 hours in advance, good quality pics & video, only dislike is that you don't get very many printed pictures with the prices of the packages. You can purchase a disk of ALL pictures for an additional $20 though... :-/
