My honest review. Piction provides a convenient service of not having to go in person to see a dermatologist. The service was fast and professional. They communicated without delays. My only draw back was when I uploaded my prescription at the chosen pharmacy, I wasn't told that they didn't accept my insurance, for whatever reason. I ended up paying out of pocket because I didn't have the time to go back through the app to select another pharmacy location since I didnt physically have the prescription. Excellent communication throughout process. Seamless transition from complaint, evaluation, and Rx sent to pharmacy. Could not recommend enough!

Everything was perfect, from the beginning to the result.
I was skeptical about telehealth for my dermatology issue. But the physician was very thorough with his intake and treatment plan. I was able to fill the prescriptions at my local pharmacy.
