Stay away from these dishonest scammers. I bought 4 Stihl products from them, this year i tried to use my trimmer and it would not work and it was only 4 years old. I took it in to Pics and they said they would check it out. Two weeks later i called and they said they hadn't looked at it yet they would look at it on Monday. Tuesday they called and said the handle switch was all corroded and Stihl could not get the part ( 4 years old), so Pics told me i had to buy a new one for $149.00 .
