They are the best in the business, Kathy and Wendy are awesome.
I changed my son's doctor to Pico Urgent Care and Family Medical Center in Pico Rivera and was VERY disappointed! Not only did the doctor not return my calls, but they greatly lacked customer service skills. They do not know how to treat their patients, I can't believe how poorly they conduct business!! I called for a copy of a note saying my son can return to his after school program and they weren't able to provide one as they don't keep these documents on file!
