Very poor follow through. Have been waiting on them to submit my medical authorization for over a month keep telling me I haven’t completed my appointments which is incorrect. Run around over and over!!
Dr. Pico is excellent. He implanted a spinal cord stimulator, which fix my issue. Two weeks later I fell, and contacted his office, & HE actually called me at home. He explains matters & answers all questions. Highly recommend Dr. Pico.
I was going there to help reduce the pain I was in from back surgery. His nursing assistant found I had also torn tendons in my shoulder. Pico flatly refused to help me or talk to me about it, let alone referring me to an orthopedic surgeon. I went to a surgeon his assistant recommended and got it fixed, no help to Pico. If not for the assistant. I'd still be screwed.
I’ve been a patient in Dr. Tristan Pico office for over 5 years and I would not move anywhere else The staff are wonderful, Docter Pico is a great doctor and Listens to everything I need help with he is a fantastic doctor I don’t think I would like the idea of having to go and start over with a new doctor
My dad has complicated issues and Dr. Pico did all he could to try procedures and meds before referring him out for a possible surgical solution. That's exactly what we wanted . . . to try everything else and eliminate all the feasible options out there first.
