We go to Pico Rojo all the time and have been since the day they opened. I know the owners Monica and Ish on a first name basis (although I must confess that they live on our street- LOL). They always greet you with a smile and their food is the freshest around. You can see the chickens cooking right behind the counter so you always know that it just came out of the oven and hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours.
