If u love your pets don’t take them to this clinic! The worst vet I have ever meet in my life ! And all the other crew doses not know what they doing , one person don’t know what the other person is doing. Their service is the worst , they don’t care of the pets!Go to other place !
During covid-19 this animal hospital was able to help us with my brand new Rescue kitten. Nobody else would take us and they went ahead and did his evaluation and dewormed him and deflead him. he's now three and a half pounds and completely healthy with a clean bill of health. I appreciate the staff and the system they are using to keep everybody safe by having us all stay in our cars while they run back and forth with our animals. They are absolutely essential workers and they do a terrific job.
Have been going to Pico Rivera Animal Hospital for many years and they have always been kind and caring with all of my animals. Dr. Goreya has always been there for our family, even when my animals have passed on. The staff is also caring with your pets and treat them and you like family. Great Covid precautions. Friendly staff and always looked like they were hustling to move the patients along. Took Care of my dogs emergency (ruptured anal glands) and he’s almost back to his old self again. Highly recommend this place.
My dog passed today. The staff was extremely mindful and compassionate for my loss.
The absolute worst animal hospital. They have no care for their animal patients or their owners. I waited in my car for 2 and a half hours after their appointment time. I expressed my frustration to the tech who came out and he took the frustration out on my dog. He ripped her out of the car dragged her across the parking lot. My 7 month old puppy was so scared she peed everywhere. I told their supervisor she apologized and had another tech come out to grab my 2nd dog.
