I work here in the mall so I come to this restaurant frequently. My meal today was $16.02 . I gave her a $20 and the 2 cents so she can just give me the $ 4 even back , i never received the $4 back and had I not been in a rush back i would’ve created a bigger problem out of it . As a service provider please do not assume a tip if the person does not offer, I gave her the exact amount and yes I could’ve handled the situation more firmly but overall I feel played . For a fast food chain. Surprisingly delish portion controls are ginormous. I'm going to possibly have dinner as well as breakfast tomorrow with my leftovers there was so much. How do I have three very good meals cuz it was tasting good quality.
