I booked a setup with Picnic Palace and it exceeded all expectations. Everything was clean, beautifully arranged, and thoughtfully put together. You can tell a lot of care goes into the details. It made the whole experience feel effortless and special. Highly recommend if you’re trying to impress or just enjoy a great time without the stress.
Above and beyond what I expected was very easy to communicate with and plan out. Will definitely be using again for future gatherings.
Cancelled on us without an explanation. That was rude. At the very least, I expected a "cannot accommodate" message. ----------------- I have an email confirmation for booking on january 31st in my email box. They reached out February 23rd for more information. I reached back out March 9th and then I get an email cancellation the following day without a message from Christina responding to my March 9th email. All for a May 30th birthday party.
